Day 15 - Wednesday, October 1: Kayenta, AZ to Panguitch, UT

START - Kayenta, AZ

END - Panguitch, UT

MILES - 238

Harold's Place Inn 3066 Utah 12, Panguitch, UT 84759

Harold's place, head and shoulders above the rest, has given me the best connectivity and upload speed I've had this trip It exceeds the Hampton.

Editor's note: This is Larry, Al's brother and ghost writer. Al has called me "Harold" since youth (some time ago now) and my wife Loretta and I have a piece of property in Cottonwood, AZ.

It was getting a bit brisk, and I'd stopped 60 miles back to put on the vest. Had intended to bag a few more miles right up to the brink of Bryce, but then there was the sign. I had to stop. I had arrived. It's not Cottonwood, but it has a roof, hot water, and Wi-Fi. You see, I was right earlier today when I said my first plan was to go to your property. I just had the details mixed up. I'm going to double down and will be having dinner over at your place in a little bit.

Edie at the desk is  great, she used to ride off-road Husquavarna in California. She'd like to get back on the road, perhaps a trike at some point.  She gave me a ground-level room, making a comment that she picked it for the view out towards the canyon. Front door closes at nine and is locked so she can join her husband, however the back door's always open. All she had me fill in on the registration card was my name and signature.

Will send a few more pictures up later, but in general I backed off them today so I could  just ride and take it all in.

OK, so I "took it all in" but not entirely sure what or where it all was. Frankly, Scarlett, I don't give a damn :-)

That arrow pretty much points to room number two
